KaiInvoice (invoice.kainoter.com) and the Kaiivoice iOS app help UK trade professionals create invoices, estimates, and manage customers. This policy explains what we collect and how we use it.
Information we collect
- Account details you provide (name, email, password).
- Business information you enter (company name, address, bank details, logo).
- Customer and invoice data you create in the app.
- Photos or documents you upload (receipts, job photos) if you use those features.
- Location data only when you choose to tag job site photos.
How we use your information
We use your data to run the service: creating documents, sending invoices, storing your settings, and processing payments you initiate. We do not sell your personal data.
Storage and security
Data is stored on secure servers. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials safe. Sign out on shared devices.
Third-party services
We may use trusted providers for hosting, email delivery, payment processing (e.g. Stripe), and analytics. Those providers process data only as needed to deliver the service.
Your rights
You can access, update, or delete your account data from Settings in the app, or contact us to request deletion of your account.
